I say the first thing you should work on is your artwork. The faces seemed a bit smudged at some points. Your animation isn't that bad, I liked how the camera revolved around Cloud and Sephiroth. Could have been a bit longer as well.

I am a Christian, however I shall not involve my beliefs when reviewing this game. It was pretty well done, and I don't think you were trying to be malicious in any way, just exhibiting your sense of humor. The graphics were actually pretty good, and the game was pretty well constructed. I guess this could be used as a stress reliever for athiests or something. Soooo, not bad at all.
